The THAT 124x series of precision differential amplifiers are designed primarily for use as

audio balanced line receivers. Gains of 0 db, -3 dB, and -6 dB are available to suit various

applications requirements.

The THAT 1246 is drop-in compatible with the Burr-Brown INA137 and Analog

Devices SSM2143, while the THAT 1240 is pin compatible with the SSM2140.

The devices are protected from EOS/ESD by diode clamps on critical pins making them reliable

alternatives for real-world products.

All devices exhibit 90 dB of typical common-mode rejection, slew rates of 12 V/us, and

0.0006% THD. The 124x series features wide bandwidth, typically >8.6 MHz. Both surface-

mount and DIP packages are available.

The THAT 124x family are laser-trimmed to obtain the precision resistor matching needed for

high CMR performance. Manufactured in THAT Corporation's proprietary dielectric isolation

(DI) process, the THAT 124x series provides the sonic benefit of discrete designs, with the

compact size, reliability, matching, and thermal tracking of a fully integrated solution.

THAT 1250 Series - Balanced Line Receiver ICs

The new 125x  devices include on-board precision thin film resistors which offer good matching

and excellent tracking due to their monolithic construction. Manufactured in THAT Corporation’s

proprietary complementary dielectric isolation (DI) process, the THAT 1250-series provides the

sonic benefits of discrete designs with the simplicity, reliability, matching and small size of an integrated solution.

All three versions of the part typically exhibit 50 dB of common-mode rejection. With 12 V/s slew

ate, >8.6 MHz bandwidth, and 0.0006% THD, these devices are sonically transparent. Moreover,

urrent consumption is typically a low 2 mA. Both surface-mount and DIP packages are available.

The THAT 1256 is pin-compatible with the TI INA137 and Analog Devices SSM2143,

while the THAT 1250 is pin-compatible with the TI INA134 and Analog Devices SSM2141.

THAT 1280-series Dual Balanced Line Receiver I

The THAT 1280-series of precision differential amplifiers was designed primarily for use as balanced

line receivers for audio applications. Gains of 0 dB, ±3 dB, and ±6 dB are available to suit various

applications requirements.

These devices are laser-trimmed in wafer form to obtain the precision resistor matching needed for high

CMR performance and precise gain. Manufactured in THAT Corporation's proprietary complementary

dielectric isolation (DI) process, the 1280 series provides the sonic benefits of discrete designs with the

simplicity, reliability, matching, and small size of a fully integrated solution.

All three versions of the part typically exhibit 90dB of common-mode rejection. With 15V/µs slew rate,

7.6MHz or higher bandwidth, and 0.0006% THD, these devices are sonically transparent. Moreover,

current consumption is typically a low 6mA (3 mA per amplifier).

The 1280-series is available in a 14-pin SOIC package. The 1280 is pin-compatible with the TI INA2134,

and the 1286 is pin-compatible with the TI INA2137.
