The single-chip audio dynamics processors, dubbed "THAT Analog Engines^®," combine in one IC all the active circuitry needed to construct a wide range of dynamics processors. The 43xx series includes a high-performance, exponentially-controlled VCA, a log-responding rms-level sensor and three general-purpose opamps.

THAT4301

The original versatile Analog Engine^®. Its dynamic range exceeds 115 dB, and THD is typically 0.003% at 0 dB gain. The 4301 is an ideal building block for compressors, limiters, gates, expanders, de-essers, duckers and more.

The THAT4320S is optimized for low-voltage, low-power operation. This surface-mount part is aimed at battery-operated audio applications like wireless microphones, wireless instruments and personal monitors

THAT4311 (Not recommended for new designs)
The THAT 4311 offers the same great versatility and low package count as the THAT 4301 at reduced operating voltage and power requirements.
